Uncle Hubert, Uncle June, Dad-Then

While I'm here just wanted to thank my Uncle Hubert, Uncle June and Aunt Starlet for visiting Dad last weekend. It is always so good to see them together. Uncle John could not make it, but said he'd be up here soon. Your visit was priceless to Dad, especially now. We know that our greatest earthly strength will come from our family and friends. Thanks to all of you who have called, sent cards, fruit baskets, planters, and most of all your love and prayers.

I love the fact that you are doing this site / blog. I would also like to say thanks for all you are doing for Dad & Mom in this special season of their lives; this is their "Year Of Jubilee"! The English term "Jubilee" derives from the Hebrew term "Yobel" which in turn derives from "Yobhel", "Meaning RAM", so in this season of Dads life "JESUS is his RAM in the Bush" and Dad's Savior was & is the one on the "Alter Of Sacrifice". The concept of the Jubilee is a special year of remission of “Sins & Universal Pardon”. In the Book of Leviticus, a Jubilee year is mentioned to occur every fifty years, in which slaves and prisoners would be freed, debts would be forgiven and the "Mercies of God would be Particularly Manifest". So share this with Dad & Mom, because one of their greatest concerns was their Youngest Son………………….

ReplyDeleteThanks for including us in the blog! Praying and declaring that this sickness is not unto death, but that the GLORY of the Lord will be revealed. Continue to confess healing over your body and cast down EVERY imagination that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. God is FAITHFUL!! Remember we don't look at those things that are seen, but unseen, those are the things that are eternal. SO even though the days ahead may be difficult, try not to focus on the things that you can see, feel or even hear from the doctors, those things are temporary, but God's Word is eternal and He says you are HEALED by the stripes of Jesus and that is what we Believe and standing on with you!!

ReplyDeleteWe stand with you in faith regarding this situation. We know that your faith is strong and yet it becomes even stronger as we agree with God's word concerning this situation. God sent His word and "healed" and we know firsthand that God is faithful. From the words in Isaiah:
Isaiah 64:4 Since ancient times no one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen any God besides you, who acts on behalf of those who wait for him. (I like it even better from the Amplified version), For from of old no one has heard nor perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen a God besides You, Who works and shows Himself active on behalf of him who [earnestly] waits for Him.
I head up our prayer ministry at Oasis Church and will also get the intercessors to agree concerning God's healing and for all of your strength and peace.

Sylvia and Randy, Dad so appreciates your encouragement. He is so glad to have such a large, God fearing, Word Believing family. He listens to a healing scripture CD continuously. It is full of what God's Word says about healing. This has increased his faith tremendously. And we know that faith comes by hearing, and hearing, and hearing the Word of God. Thank you. Dad sends his love for you and yours.
